Service Spectrum

Integrated forging and machining capabilities engineered for performance, precision, and reliability.

Large-Scale Precision Manufacturing

We operate a fully integrated forging and machining facility capable of manufacturing precision-engineered components ranging from 1 kg to 1,500 kg and up to 3 metres in length. Our infrastructure includes advanced closed-die forging Hydraulic hammers, mechanical presses, and precision machining centres, enabling us to cater to a wide range of component requirements.

Our growing product portfolio serves diverse industries, with a strong presence in defence, alongside aerospace, marine, agriculture, earthmoving equipment, industrial vehicles, oil & gas, railways, wind energy, automotive, and other high-performance engineering applications across global markets.

Our forging capacity exceeds 100,000 MTPA and is being expanded to 150,000 MTPA, while our machining capacity is increasing from 45,000 MTPA to 80,000 MTPA. These strategic investments in capacity and advanced manufacturing technologies enable us to meet the growing global demand for high-precision, mission critical components.

Metallurgical Laboratory

Our laboratory offers a wide range of testing and analysis services to support quality assurance and product validation. In addition, we collaborate with well-recognized third-party laboratories for specialized services tailored to specific customer requirements.

All associated third-party laboratories hold global accreditations and NABL approval, ensuring reliable and compliant testing standards.

Our fully equipped in-house metallurgical laboratory evaluates case depth, material flow, and hardness (HRC) to ensure compliance with customer specifications. We typically maintain a hardness range of 55–62 HRC with case depths of up to 4.5 mm.

The lab is equipped with hardness testers and metallurgical microscopes and is regularly upgraded with advanced instruments. Each batch includes cut samples for verification, while all incoming raw materials are tested and inspected for consistency.

Tool Room

All required tooling is produced in our comprehensive in-house tool room, which plays a key role in ensuring manufacturing flexibility and faster production cycles. Our fully integrated facility manufactures jigs, fixtures, coils, forging dies, and related tooling components internally.

This capability helps reduce lead times while minimizing production disruptions related to tooling.

To further enhance efficiency and flexibility, we have introduced 3D printing technology within our tool room to accelerate the tooling development process. As a result of this infrastructure, we currently maintain one of the shortest tooling lead times in the marketplace.

Our forging and machining units are fully integrated with in-house die-making capabilities, allowing greater flexibility and faster turnaround for new part development. All die blocks are sourced from reputed manufacturers, ensuring uncompromised quality and extended die life during production.

Die Design & Fabrication

The Design & Fabrication of all types of dies are done through exporting the 3D Model into our Die machining centre.

Forging

We operate a fully integrated forging unit with a broad product portfolio, manufacturing components ranging from 1 kg to 1500 kg. Our forging infrastructure includes closed-die forging hammers and presses, with the largest currently being a 25Ton hydraulic hammer.

Precision Machining

We have embedded a ‘Quality First’ culture across the organization to ensure every component meets the performance and reliability expectations of our global partners and customers.

Heat Treatment

We have an in-house heat treatment facility that adds flexibility to our machining process. Components undergo surface hardness testing after treatment to ensure they meet customer specifications.

Design Facilities

We have a dedicated design team of 35 skilled designers with capabilities in 2D and 3D modelling, supported by advanced design and simulation software to meet customer specifications.

Our team supports new product design and development, offering end-to-end design solutions, along with 3D printing for modelling and prototyping.

We continue to expand and enhance our design capabilities to support evolving engineering requirements.

Assembly Services

All assembly-related operations are carried out under one roof, enabling seamless integration with our manufacturing processes. We offer a range of assembly services including gear production and assembly, balance weight production and assembly, and other component assemblies.

Beyond manufacturing crankshafts, we also supply ready-to-install crankshafts, providing customers with a complete end-to-end solution for their component requirements.
