Over the years, we have significantly expanded our machining capabilities with the addition of advanced 7-axis machining centres, 11-axis machining centres, and JUNKER grinding machines, enabling us to manufacture increasingly complex components with tighter tolerances, improved surface finishes, and reduced cycle times.
Complementing our production capabilities are dedicated prototype manufacturing lines that enable rapid product development, faster validation, and seamless transition from prototyping to mass production. This integrated approach allows us to deliver precision components across diverse applications while continuously expanding our product portfolio and meeting evolving customer requirements.


Facing and centering is the first process in crankshaft machining, establishing the base reference for all subsequent operations. This step is critical as it helps reduce the initial imbalance of the crankshaft, supporting accurate final balancing.
Within our machining flow, we also perform re-centering prior to grinding and after rough machining. This additional step ensures the original reference is maintained and prevents any deviation in the components during later processes.
CNC rough machining is carried out in our state-of-the-art rough machining unit, equipped with multiple flexible machining centres capable of performing turning and milling for both small and large components.
We are among the few companies in India with 10 Heller milling and turning centres installed across our facilities, enabling us to achieve a production capacity of 1,000 components per day.
This advanced infrastructure reflects our commitment to high-quality manufacturing standards, giving us a competitive edge while ensuring consistent precision and reliability in every component produced.
All drilling operations are performed on 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines, ensuring high accuracy, closer tolerances, and efficient production. Oil holes are machined using 5-axis machines and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), including dedicated oil hole drilling machines capable of processing up to 1,500 crankshafts per day.
All components are manufactured through CNC machining lines, ensuring consistent precision and quality. We continuously upgrade and modernize our manufacturing technologies to maintain high standards and meet global customer requirements.
Our finish machining unit is equipped with 32 in-house grinders, including CNC-controlled and advanced CBN grinders, capable of producing over 2,000 units per day on a three-shift cycle.
These grinders were acquired from the Massey Ferguson plant in Ursus, Poland, and the Thyssenkrupp plant in Lyon, France. The CNC grinding infrastructure supports machining of components up to 2.5 meters in length.
We are also commissioning three new CBN wheel grinders, which will further enhance our production capacity.

We operate a dedicated post-grinding machining line capable of machining up to 2,000 crankshafts per day. The line includes several CNC Horizontal Machining Centres (HMCs) and Vertical Machining Centres (VMCs), ensuring precision and efficiency in the final machining stages.
We also follow a strong policy of regular technology upgrades and modernization across our manufacturing units to consistently maintain high quality standards and operational efficiency.
All components undergo dynamic balancing, with the capability to balance crankshafts within 5 grams, based on customer specifications or OE requirements.
This is a critical stage in the machining process, ensuring optimized engine performance by minimizing natural vibrations and improving the overall running behavior of the crankshaft.
We operate multiple Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) that support higher production outputs on specific lines, allowing quicker ramp-ups in response to increased volume demand. These machines are typically dedicated to specific components and are installed for long-term production programs with our partners.
A specialized CNC SPM is used to produce splines or serrations on components where required. This is achieved through a process known as deep rolling.
Super finishing is a critical step in the production process involving auto lapping, polishing, and super finishing. Our dedicated line with Nagel CNC auto lapping machines enables surface finishes of up to 0.10 RA, meeting global OEM requirements.
We are also introducing micro and nano finishing technologies to further enhance precision and surface quality.
