We operate a fully integrated forging unit with a broad product portfolio, manufacturing components ranging from 1 kg to 1500 kg. Our forging infrastructure includes closed-die forging hammers and presses, with the largest currently being a 25Ton hydraulic hammer.
We will soon be commissioning state-of-the-art, fully automated forging press lines, including high-capacity hydraulic hammers and an 8000 Ton mechanical press with hydraulic power head. Equipped with advanced technologies such as GERB anti-vibration systems, these capabilities enhance operational efficiency, improve accuracy, and significantly reduce vibration levels resulting in higher equipment life and improved uptime.
Our forging solutions support a wide range of applications and industries, including automotive, on-road and off-road vehicles, high-performance applications, industrial equipment, heavy-duty machinery, oil & gas, marine, defence, and railways, enabling us to deliver reliable, high-performance components across diverse sectors.
We maintain a comprehensive and dedicated raw material procurement and storage system, ensuring consistent availability and quality of materials used in our manufacturing processes. All raw materials are sourced exclusively from recognized and approved steel mills.
Every component is supplied with a Material Test Certificate, and all materials are tested in our laboratory to verify compliance with the required chemical composition standards.
We offer components manufactured from a wide range of materials and also have the flexibility to source and use materials based on specific customer requirements. Commonly used materials include alloy steel, micro-alloy steel, stainless steel, and carbon steel.
Equipped with a fleet of fully automated bi-metallic band saws, our billet cutting facility ensures precision cutting with minimal material wastage. Its scalable design supports our current forging capacity of 100,000 MTPA and is poised to accommodate the planned expansion to 150,000 MTPA, reinforcing operational efficiency and supply chain resilience.
Our forging units are fully integrated with in-house die-making capabilities, providing greater flexibility and significantly reducing lead times for new part development.
All die blocks are sourced from reputed manufacturers, ensuring uncompromised quality and extended die life during production.
Our fully equipped die shop includes three 4-axis vertical machining centers, along with several supporting machines that enable efficient and precise die manufacturing.
We operate a fully integrated hammer and press forging unit, providing exceptional flexibility across production types and volumes. Our advanced infrastructure includes 25 Ton, 16 Ton, and 10 Ton hydraulic hammers each equipped with a Hydraulic Power Head for enhanced capacity and significant energy savings alongside an 8000 Ton mechanical press. Integrated with GERB anti-vibration technology from Germany, our forging lines reduce vibration by up to 90%, ensuring superior accuracy, extended equipment life, and maximum uptime with virtually no breakdowns.
Our forging facility is equipped with high-capacity trimming and padding presses to ensure precise finishing and dimensional accuracy of forged components. The facility includes a 2000 Ton Mechanical Press, 1600 Ton Mechanical Press, 1600 Ton Hydraulic Trimming Press, and 1250 Ton Mechanical Trimming/Padding Press, enabling efficient processing of a wide range of forged products.
Following the trimming process, forged components undergo internal and external shot blasting to remove scale, surface impurities, and residual contaminants. This process enhances surface cleanliness, improves the overall finish, and prepares the components for subsequent operations such as heat treatment, machining, inspection, or coating.
